Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change. Cancellations made 30 days or more before your scheduled arrival will receive a 100% refund. Cancellations made less than 30 days before arrival are non-refundable.

If your stay does not take place, any cleaning fees and refundable security deposits will be returned.

Our cancellation policy applies regardless of circumstances, including weather conditions, illness, flight cancellations, travel delays, or other unexpected disruptions. Because unforeseen events can happen, we strongly encourage guests to purchase travel insurance that provides coverage appropriate for their trip.

Paws Welcome

We’re happy to welcome dogs at our pet-friendly properties. To help us keep our homes clean, comfortable, and enjoyable for everyone, we ask that guests follow the guidelines below:

Maximum of two dogs per stay.
All dogs must be included on the reservation prior to arrival.
The applicable pet fee and a $200 refundable pet deposit must be paid prior to arrival.
The $200 pet deposit will be refunded after departure once the home has been inspected and no pet-related damage or excessive cleaning is required.
Guests are responsible for cleaning up all pet waste from the property before departure.
Dogs are not permitted on furniture or beds. If excessive pet hair is found on furniture or bedding and additional cleaning is required, an additional cleaning fee may be charged.
Please report any pet-related damage as soon as possible so we can address it promptly.
Guests are responsible for their dogs during the stay and should ensure they are supervised and do not cause excessive noise or disturbance to neighboring properties.
